Philadelphia Mandates Building Energy Tune-Up
The new Philadelphia Building Energy Performance Policy requires large non-residential buildings to perform regular building inspections and tune-ups to improve their energy efficiency. A building can be exempt if it has active optimization efforts, including monitoring and ongoing commissioning, such as our Analytika service!
