Utility Programs Supported by Cimetrics Analytika
Programs We Work With
Cimetrics Analytika is fully integrated into leading utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs across the U.S. These programs provide incentives for deploying advanced analytics, continuous commissioning, and real-time energy management solutions.

National Grid Enhanced Monitoring-Based Commissioning (EMBCx) program
National Grid Enhanced Monitoring-Based Commissioning (EMBCx) program such as National Grid can help you to reduce energy usage as a commercial or industrial customer. The program pairs facility monitoring systems and technical services to turn disjointed data points into cohesive decision-making power.
EMBCx focuses on identifying low- to no-cost energy conservation measures that can lower utility bill costs, resolve equipment performance issues, and improve occupant comfort.
Approved engineering firms such as Cimetrics Analytika, also called Qualified Service Providers (QSP), will engage directly with you to scope your facility, install monitoring systems, recommend energy- and cost-saving measures, verify your results, and help ensure persistence of savings.

NYSERDA Real Time Energy Management (RTEM) Technology
Real Time Energy Management (RTEM) combines modern control technology and human, expert technical services to act as the nerve center of a building, coordinating systems to maximize responsiveness of operations, and minimize energy consumption. RTEM technologies unlock building energy use data to give a better understanding of how building systems and equipment are performing through the comparison of historical performance data, and can provide energy-saving recommendations, and detect inefficiencies in real-time.

PSEG’s Energy Efficiency Programs
PSEG’s Energy Efficiency Programs offer New Jersey customers financial incentives and tools to reduce energy consumption and costs through initiatives like the Whole Home Energy Solutions assessment, HVAC Instant Rebates, and various appliance rebates. Customers can also find energy-saving products like smart thermostats and ENERGY STAR® certified appliances through the PSEG Residential Marketplace. To begin, residential customers should visit homeenergy.pseg.com, and business customers should visit bizsave.pseg.com.

ConEd RTEM (New York City)
ConEd RTEM structured identically to the National Grid RTEM program, supporting real-time energy monitoring and analytics for large facilities.
Get Incentives for Cutting-Edge Energy Management Information Technology
Real-Time Energy Management (RTEM) systems optimize your facility’s energy performance, saving you money and making building occupants more comfortable.

ComEd MBCx (Chicago/Illinois)
ComEd MBCx (Chicago/Illinois) structured identically to EMBCx/RTEM programs, providing incentives for continuous monitoring and commissioning.
Implementing an MBCx project can help you save an average of five percent on annual energy bills with an average simple payback of less than 1.5 years for implemented energy improvements.
Cimetrics Analytika is authorized RCx Service Provider for Comed.

Rhode Island Energy BAP (Building Analytics Program – Rhode Island)
BAP functionally the same as National Grid EMBCx, designed to incentivize monitoring-based commissioning and predictive analytics.
Rhode Island Energy’s energy-efficiency programs continued to deliver energy savings for Rhode Island customers through the first quarter of 2024 by achieving 59,012 net lifetime MWh
of electric savings (8.1% of the net lifetime goal) and 259,113 net lifetime MMBtu of natural gas savings (7.9% of the net lifetime goal).
Across all of these programs, Cimetrics Analytika is an approved solution provider, enabling facilities to qualify for rebates, incentives, and technical support. Cimetrics Analytika enables customers to participate in some of the most impactful utility-funded energy efficiency programs in the country. These programs share a common design: utilities cover much of the cost to deploy monitoring-based commissioning, predictive analytics, and real-time energy management. Cimetrics brings the technology, expertise, and verification to ensure customers capture maximum value—both from the incentives and from the long-term operational savings, carbon reduction, and equipment reliability improvements that follow.
How We Help Customers with Utility Programs
Cimetrics plays both a technical role (delivering analytics and engineering expertise) and a programmatic role (ensuring customers meet program requirements and maximize incentives).
Program Enrollment & Qualification
- Guide facilities through application and enrollment.
- Ensure eligibility criteria (BAS presence, energy use thresholds, sector focus) are met.
- Support documentation to secure financial incentives.
Analytics Deployment
- Install Analytika for real-time monitoring of HVAC systems, central plants, air-handling units, and submetered systems.
- Leverage AI-driven fault detection, diagnostics, and predictive maintenance tools.
Identifying Energy-Saving Opportunities
- Correct scheduling and setback issues to reduce heating/cooling during unoccupied hours.
- Optimize ventilation and outdoor airflows to required minimums.
- Detect and repair leaking or malfunctioning valves.
- Optimize control sequences to prevent simultaneous heating and cooling.
- Refine reset strategies for hot water, chilled water, and pump differential pressures.
Implementation & Verification
- Provide actionable reports that facility teams can use to make improvements.
- Work hand-in-hand with staff to execute corrective measures.
- Deliver measurement and verification (M&V) reports to utilities to confirm savings.
